1. Returns & Refunds
We want you to have a seamless experience with Tureix.
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 7-10 business days to reflect.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Products will not be eligible for return if:
- They show signs of use or damage
- The request is made beyond the return window
- Packaging or components are missing
3. Warranty Coverage
Tureix products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty includes:
- Functional issues under normal usage
- Hardware defects not caused by external damage
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage or wear and tear
- Water or environmental damage beyond specifications
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
4. Battery Replacement
The device battery is designed to last up to one year. Replacement batteries can be purchased separately and replaced by the user.
