1. Returns & Refunds

We want you to have a seamless experience with Tureix.

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 7-10 business days to reflect.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Products will not be eligible for return if:

• They show signs of use or damage
• The request is made beyond the return window
• Packaging or components are missing

3. Warranty Coverage

Tureix products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty includes:

• Functional issues under normal usage
• Hardware defects not caused by external damage

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage or wear and tear
• Water or environmental damage beyond specifications
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications

4. Battery Replacement

The device battery is designed to last up to one year. Replacement batteries can be purchased separately and replaced by the user.

6. Limitation
