Live Location Safety Alerts

When you trigger an SOS action on your Tureix safety pendant, the Tureix mobile app sends a live location alert to your trusted contacts. They receive your real-time location so they can respond quickly and know exactly where you are.

How Live Location Sharing Works

Tureix uses the location services on your connected phone to determine and share your position. When you double press the pendant, the Tureix app sends an SOS alert that includes your live location to the trusted contacts you have set up in the app.

Is Location Shared All the Time?

No. Location is only shared when a safety action is triggered or when you choose to share it through the app. Tureix does not track or broadcast your location continuously.

What You Need for Live Location to Work

• Tureix pendant paired with the Tureix app via Bluetooth
• Location permissions enabled for the Tureix app
• Mobile data or Wi-Fi available on your phone
• Trusted contacts added and configured in the app

Privacy by Design

Your location is yours. Tureix shares it only when you choose to — through a deliberate safety action. The goal is to give you control, not to monitor you.
